CRUIZIN HOME PRINT THE EVENT SCHEDULE VALVE COVER

Friday, June 5

·         12pm- 5pm: Registration

Register at the beautiful Lake Chelan Winery. Enjoy spectacular lake views and purchase a CruiZin lunch/dinner while there. Participants only.

·         5pm-6pm: All City Cruise

Starts at the Lake Chelan Winery. Tour the scenic Chelan Valley with fellow participants. Tour wraps through downtown Manson, through Wapato Point and finishes in historic downtown Chelan. Participants only.

·         6pm-9pm: Show-N-Shine

Participant cars will line the streets of historic downtown Chelan. Woodin Ave in will be closed to thru-traffic, and all parked cars will belong to car show participants. Participants only.

·         5pm-8pm: First Friday

First Friday is a special event held the First Friday of every month. Downtown merchants offer special savings and discounts. Open to the public.

·         7:30pm: Elvis Illusionist Danny Vernon at the Lake Chelan Eagles

·         8pm-Close: Downtown CruiZin Entertainment

The Vogue features live music from 8-10pm with rock band Little Hand. Enjoy a glass of local wine and a ‘slice’ of community.

JR’s Bar & Grill features karaoke with Heidi Neal 9pm-midnight.

BC MacDonald’s offers pool tables, drafts on tap and high-def viewin­g.

 

Saturday, June 6

·         8am-10am: Wally Peterson Memorial Fly-In Pancake Breakfast

Check out displayed classics, antique aircrafts, war birds, and the famous Miss Veedol at this annual fly-in at the Chelan airport.

·         9am-1pm: Registration

Registration continues on Woodin Ave in downtown Chelan.

·         10am-4pm: Show-N-Shine

·         12pm-2pm: Valve Cover Races

Participate in this competitive gravity powered sporting event. Competitors construct a vehicle using a valve cover from a car’s engine.

·         3pm: Awards Ceremony on Woodin & Emerson St.

·         All Day

Shop special savings and participant discounts at downtown merchants

Poker Walk: Tour downtown area businesses for cards. Prizes awarded to best hand.
