Mike Steele was born and raised in Lake Chelan. He is a graduate from Pacific Lutheran University, majoring in Political Science and Business Administration. Upon his graduation Mike had the opportunity to serve in the White House as a member of the Political Affairs Team. Mike moved back to Washington State in 2006 and began work with the State Legislature as a member of the Republican Caucus staff. Mike served the Republican caucus as the Field Director of the caucus PAC, the House Organizational Committee, until coming to the Lake Chelan Chamber where he has now served as the Executive Director for over 10 years. Mike served as a member of City Council in Chelan and is an active board for several community and business organizations including: the Lake Chelan Community Hospital Foundation, the North Central Washington Small Business Loan Fund, The Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation of North Central Washington and the Lake Chelan Rotary Club. Mike is also serving his second three-year term on the board of directors for the WA State Chamber of Commerce Executives. Mike loves living in Lake Chelan, enjoying every aspect of the experience it offers.
Phil Moller is the Director of Membership for the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce. Phil grew up in Chelan, graduating from Chelan High School in 1976. Phil attended Wenatchee Valley College in 1977 before beginning a career with the State of Washington. After 32 years in state government Phil decided to move into private industry working as a Human Resource Manager for a 150 person Aerospace company, manufacturing legacy aircraft parts for Military and Commercial aircraft. Phil had a huge desire to move back to the community where he grew up. When the opportunity to come back to Chelan to work in a position where he can make a difference in his community as the Director of Membership with the Chamber of Commerce, he jumped on it. Phil is married with two grown children. His son works for the US Government at SeaTac Airport while his daughter is an Orthopedic P.A. practicing at Cancer Centers of America in Goodyear, AZ. Phil enjoys spending time with his family and participating in the many activities available in the valley.
Olivia was born and raised right here in the Lake Chelan Valley. After graduating from Chelan High School in 2012, Olivia moved to southern California to pursue a degree in Journalism at Biola University. Her graduation from Biola led her back to the Valley as the new Director of Marketing at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce. Although she loves Los Angeles and the big city life, her heart belongs to the small town charm found in Manson and Chelan. Olivia deals with all of the editorial coverage, public communication, media and collateral development. She loves wakesurfing on Lake Chelan, playing with her golden retriever and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Tiffany Gering grew up 30 miles North of Lake Chelan in Brewster, Washington. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business Management, Tiffany moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Music Management. After many exciting celebrities encounters, she decided that being close to family was her first priority and moved to Chelan in 2005. She worked at the local radio station, K.O.Z.I., for over seven years as the Sales Manager. She loves helping business owners take advantage of every advertising and sponsorship opportunity that uniquely enhances their business. Tiffany is excited to be a part of the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce team as the current Sales Manager.
Phil Webster built a home and moved to Chelan in 2010. Prior to that he and his wife Patti owned a timeshare condo on the lake since 1982. Prior to retirement, Phil was employed by a Puget Sound energy company for 37 years. He now works for the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce as the Distribution Speicalist. Phil enjoys gardening, playing the guitar and his two Shih Tzu’s.
Roy was born and raised in the Lake Chelan Valley. After graduating from Manson High School, she pursued various positions in the customer service field – something she has always valued. Roy has enjoyed getting to know people and learning about different backgrounds. She understands the importance of being able to provide friendly, reliable information to visitors and locals alike. As the receptionist for the Lake Chelan Chamber, Roy is constantly learning in an effort to remain a knowledgeable resource for our valley. Roy is very excited for the opportunity to join the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending time with her two kids and taking advantage of this beautiful valley she calls home.
Paula moved to Chelan in December of 2010 from close to four decades in the Seattle area. Paula has worked in the corporate world for close to 20 years, doing office management and human resources. The last few years in Seattle she worked for non-profits, dealing with children’s welfare and the plight of the homeless. As the daughter of an Air Force father, she’s lived in seven different states from Hawaii to Massachusetts. She finds Washington state, both east and west of the mountains, the best of all! She enjoys being outside soaking up the beauty of the country-side of Chelan, as well as gardening, doing art projects, music, reading and spending time with her dog. She has two grown children and one 12 year old grandson.
