Property Care Manager Job description:
The Property Care Manager (PCM) is a key point of contact for Housekeeping and Maintenance. The PCM will coordinate the recruiting of all new housekeeping personnel. As well as the initial training and ongoing education of the housekeeping staff and maintenance. Will work with supporting departments to ensure all properties are cleaned and ready for occupancy in a timely matter. Will effectively work with supporting departments in assessing unit condition and making recommendations to unit owners by reporting issues to the Owner Relations Manager and General Manager
