Mike Steele was born and raised in Lake Chelan. He is a graduate from Pacific Lutheran University, majoring in Political Science and Business Administration. Upon his graduation Mike had the opportunity to serve in the White House as a member of the Political Affairs Team. Mike moved back to Washington State in 2006 and began work with the State Legislature as a member of the Republican Caucus staff. Mike served the Republican caucus as the Field Director of the caucus PAC, the House Organizational Committee, until coming to the Lake Chelan Chamber where he has now served as the Executive Director for over 7 years. Mike currently serves as a member of City Council in Chelan and is an active board member for the Lake Chelan Community Hospital Foundation. Mike is also serving a three-year term on the board of directors for the WA State Chamber of Commerce Executives. Mike is very active in several civic groups and loves living in Lake Chelan enjoying every aspect of the experience it offers.

Phil Moller is the Director of Membership for the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce. Phil grew up in Chelan, graduating from Chelan High School in 1976. Phil attended Wenatchee Valley College in 1977 before beginning a career with the State of Washington. After 32 years in state government Phil decided to move into private industry working as a Human Resource Manager for a 150 person Aerospace company, manufacturing legacy aircraft parts for Military and Commercial aircraft. Phil had a huge desire to move back to the community where he grew up. When the opportunity to come back to Chelan to work in a position where he can make a difference in his community with the Chamber of Commerce, he jumped on it. Phil is married with two grown children. His son works for the US Government at SeaTac Airport while his daughter is an Orthopedic P.A. practicing at Cancer Centers of America in Goodyear, AZ. Phil enjoys spending time with his family and participating in the many activities available in the valley.
Gail Mueller, Business Manager, firstname.lastname@example.orgGail Mueller grew up in Connecticut then moved to Washington State after graduating from Southern Connecticut University with a degree in Biology and Advanced Education in Medical Technology. Gail first lived in Pullman working in Veterinary Virology at WSU. Gail then moved to Mill Creek and worked at the University of Washington supervising the Clinical Virology Laboratory. After vacationing at Chelan for many years, Gail was able to retire here and loves the valley. Gail was later hired at the Chamber where she enjoys the mix of getting to know people in the valley as well as helping visitors make their visit to Chelan a memorable one.

Lacey Lybecker brings more than ten years of marketing and public relations expertise in the fields of hospitality, tourism and events. Lacey is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, class of 2003, and comes to Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce most recently as the Marketing Director for Bold Hat Productions, a tourism event production company based in Seattle, WA. Lacey also worked as Columbia Hospitality's Marketing Manager where she had the opportunity to consult with The Lake House in Chelan, spurring her interest in the Lake Chelan Valley. Lacey grew up in a small town in northwestern Minnesota and now resides in Manson with her growing family. The Lybeckers also own Cairdeas Winery on the north shore of Lake Chelan.

Michelle Arnold graduated from Central Washington University of Ellensburg WA with a degree in Elementary & Special Education. Michelle grew up and lives in the Entiat Valley, and is a former Lake Chelan Rodeo Queen. After graduating high school, Michelle attended Wenatchee Valley College and received her Associates in Science and Arts Degree before transferring to Central Washington University. Michelle is the Events Coordinator at the Lake Chelan Chamber and is in charge of creating the Week in Valley and Monthly Calendar Publications. She manages and approves event listings, and is the lead chairperson for events at the Chamber of Commerce. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and riding her horses in the backcountry.

Alyssa Jones was born in Wenatchee and raised in Chelan. She graduated from Chelan High School in 2010. Shortly after graduating high school, Alyssa moved to the west side of the state to Bothell and then Renton. Although she loved being in a bigger city, she missed the beautiful Lake Chelan Valley and moved back to the Chelan Valley in May of 2013. Alyssa enjoys photography, and driving around the mountains with her dad. Alyssa is the Receptionist/Concierge for the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce; her responsibilities include answering the phone and e-mails. When you phone the Chamber, chances are you'll hear her voice warmly greeting you other end! She looks forward to greeting our members and guests.
Phil Webster, Distribution Specialist
Phil Webster built a home and moved to Chelan in 2010. Prior to that he and his wife Patti owned a timeshare condo on the lake since 1982. Prior to retirement, Phil was employed by a Puget Sound energy company for 37 years. Phil enjoys gardening, playing the guitar and his two Shih Tzu's.
Erin McCardle, Winterfest Coordinator
During her 13 years at Microsoft, Erin McCardle worked in many areas of marketing and product management. She managed the launch events for several releases of MSN, including the New York launch party which included a private performance from Lenny Kravitz and guests such as Jay-Z, Donald Trump and Bill Gates. After her time at Microsoft, Erin and her family decided to move to Lake Chelan to enjoy raising their children in a small tight-knit community. After her children were in school full-time, Erin joined the Chamber staff as a consultant to manage the Lake Chelan Winterfest event. Taking over in 2009, Erin added the first Winterfest Wine Walk and the Ice Lounge which have become the cornerstones to the ever-growing winter event.

Mia graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Communication Studies. After college Mia worked in advertising account management at a number of Seattle agencies including JWT, Wunderman, Tribal DDB and DraftFCB with an emphasis in employment advertising, CRM and integrated marketing. Upon moving to Chelan in 2012, Mia continues to work as a freelance marketing manager, including website maintenance at the Chamber and her most recent project as an Account Supervisor at DraftFCB working with Hewlett Packard.
