Mike Steele, Executive Director director@lakechelan.com
Mike Steele was born and raised in Lake Chelan. He is a graduate from Pacific Lutheran University, majoring in Political Science and Business Administration. Upon his graduation Mike had the opportunity to serve in the White House as a member of the Political Affairs Team. Mike moved back to Washington State in 2006 and began work with the State Legislature as a member of the Republican Caucus staff. Mike served the Republican caucus as the Field Director of the caucus PAC, the House Organizational Committee, until coming to the Lake Chelan Chamber where he has now served as the Executive Director for over 7 years. Mike currently serves as a member of City Council in Chelan and is an active board member for the Lake Chelan Community Hospital Foundation. Mike is also serving a three-year term on the board of directors for the WA State Chamber of Commerce Executives. Mike is very active in several civic groups and loves living in Lake Chelan enjoying every aspect of the experience it offers.

Cindy Davis has been with the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce since April 1998. Cindy is currently the Director of Membership serving close to 500 Chamber members. Cindy grew up in Renton and attended Issaquah School District K-12. She attended the accounting program at Wenatchee Valley College. Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown girls, her stepson, granddaughter and six grandsons. Cindy also enjoys traveling, boating on Lake Chelan, reading and has been an AWANA leader at Little Stone Church since 2000.

Gail Mueller grew up in Connecticut then moved to Washington State after graduating from Southern Connecticut University with a degree in Biology and Advanced Education in Medical Technology. Gail first lived in Pullman working in Veterinary Virology at WSU. Gail then moved to Mill Creek and worked at the University of Washington supervising the Clinical Virology Laboratory. After vacationing at Chelan for many years, Gail was able to retire here and loves the valley. Gail was later hired at the Chamber where she enjoys the mix of getting to know people in the valley as well as helping visitors make their visit to Chelan a memorable one.

Sue Madden spent 44 years in banking before going to Paccar Parts in Renton where she worked in management and auditing. Sue's time at Paccar was spent working with Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers throughout the US and Canada. Sue retired from Paccar Parts in 2007 and upon finding that she missed working, started working at the Chamber in 2011 and has loved every minute of it. Sue is happily married to Dean Madden and has two children, five grandchildren and one great grandson.
Nicole Pietromonaco Campbell, PR and Social Media Manager socialmedia@lakechelan.com Nicole Campbell graduated from Boston University with degrees in Political Science and French. Nicole spent two years working for a fashion and lifestyle public relations firm in New York City, representing clients from Waterford Wedgwood to Triumph Motorcycles. Nicole moved to Seattle in 2007 and began working for a boutique PR firm specializing in hospitality and events. In 2008, Nicole joined the Fashion PR team at Nordstrom Corporate. In 2009 Nicole was asked to lead the company's social media efforts and spent the next two years creating and managing Nordstrom's social media strategy. Nicole joined the Chamber of Commerce in 2012 and is focused on media relations, increasing Lake Chelan's engagement online and providing tools and resources to Chamber members to help grow their social media presence.
Erin McCardle, Winterfest Coordinator
During her 13 years at Microsoft, Erin McCardle worked in many areas of marketing and product management. She managed the launch events for several releases of MSN, including the New York launch party which included a private performance from Lenny Kravitz and guests such as Jay-Z, Donald Trump and Bill Gates. After her time at Microsoft, Erin and her family decided to move to Lake Chelan to enjoy raising their children in a small tight-knit community. After her children were in school full-time, Erin joined the Chamber staff as a consultant to manage the Lake Chelan Winterfest event. Taking over in 2009, Erin added the first Winterfest Wine Walk and the Ice Lounge which have become the cornerstones to the ever-growing winter event.

Mia Campbell graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Communication Studies. After college Mia spent a year contracting at Microsoft where she worked as a Coordinator in usability studies, recruiting and promoting the program. Upon finishing her time at Microsoft, Mia worked in advertising as an Account Executive at JWT, Wunderman and Tribal DDB, then a Senior Account Executive at DraftFCB. At the various advertising agencies, Mia worked with a number of different clients including, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, WaMu, Shell, Starbucks, Nordstrom, UW Recruiting and various health care organizations with an emphasis in CRM, Employment Advertising and Integrated Marketing. In 2012 Mia moved to Chelan and started working with the Chamber on their website. - Visit
