Chelan ParkFit

Chelan ParkFit is an outdoor fitness class that meets at the flagpole in Riverwalk Park in Chelan. Each class will be a little different, but every session will include a general warm-up segment, cardiovascular activities, muscular resistance and endurance training with elastic tubing, flexibility exercises and stretching.
New participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes early as you will need to sign a registration form and Liability Waiver. No prior registration is required and drop-ins are encouraged. If you have questions, you can email me at chelanparkfit@gmail.com.
Jackie is an ACE certifited instructor (http://www.acefitness.org) and has her CPR certification. Chelan County PUD has permitted her to conduct this class because it is sponsored by the Jaech Foundation, a non-profit, family foundation that contributes profits from this class to the Chelan county area.
