The Barn training space is a beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. modern facility fully equipped with high-end Rogue functional training equipment, showers, bathrooms, and locker space. The 60’ of Rogue Rigs provide 13 squat racks and floor space for up to 30 athletes. Our strength & conditioning track is designed to get you strong & fit. STRONG workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat. Join winemaker and artist Jason Morin in the tasting room for an evening of wine and the exploration of the Alla Prima technique of oil painting.  Jason will take insights and direction from the group to create an original piece while we all enjoy the artistry of wine at Ancestry Cellars.  One lucky participant will be able to take home the original created that evening.  Price of admission includes a glass of wine a charcuterie board and an entry in the raffle to win the painting! The final piece will be 18×24 inches.

SHARE Day is the 7th of every month. It’s a day to Spread Hope And Remind Everyone that they are special. Every 7th of the month, The Barn will be offering a free yoga class at 7pm. This will be a “restorative” yoga class which means – it’s mellow, no heat, use of pillows/props so you can just melt in to a position, hang out in those positions for 3-5 minutes and let everything go. It’s incredibly relaxing and does wonders to relieve stress. These monthly classes will be free each month. Grab a friend and offer them this time to relax, de-stress and reconnect in a safe, calming environment. Please sign up in advance. Class size limited to 17 people.

The Lake Chelan Food Bank food distribution is drive-thru on Tuesdays and Saturdays, 9-10 a.m., at 417 S. Bradley Street in Chelan. The Food Bank will be closed Saturday, Dec. 24 PB&J Food Drive During the month of December the Lake Chelan Food Bank is doing a Peanut Butter and Jelly, aka PB&J Food Drive as they are in desperate need of PB&J ingredients for their clients.  Donations may be dropped off in the Lake Chelan Food Bank bins at these businesses: Campbell’s Resort, Lake Chelan Building Supply in Manson, the Lake Chelan Lions Club Christmas tree sales at Lakeview Drive-In; Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce at the Christmas tree display and at the Lake Chelan Mirror office.
