In celebration of Red Wine and Chocolate, we are releasing our 2020 Aubaine just in time to include it in a red wine trio tasting paired with a Chocolate Fondue platter for 2.   The Chocolate Fondue platter will be available on weekends during February and by request on Monday and Tuesday.

It’s officially Red Wine & Chocolate month at Cairdeas! Merrow Chocolatier meticulously crafted four specially paired chocolates to pair with four of our red wines. These are our mouth-watering pairings: 2020 Counoise – Pomegranate and Cardamom Truffle 2021 Grenache Noir – Sage, Juniper Berry and Nutmeg Caramel 2020 Trí – Fig, Orange and Clove Truffle NV Port- Style Petite Sirah – Espresso, Chili and Cinnamon Truffle Be sure to make your reservations so we can save you a seat! Paired chocolate flights will be available for purchase when you arrive.

Callan Cellars has partnered with Deb’s Delights to create decadent chocolate truffles that pair perfectly with our beautifully crafted wines.  We’ll have a different pairing special each week!  These hand crafted truffles will be available all month long; come enjoy the pairing and take some home to your sweetheart – or treat yourself! Rio Vista Wines is excited to offer a delectable red wine and chocolate pairing during the month of February.  Each artisan chocolate is hand-crafted and infused with its accompanying, award winning wine; grown and produced by Rio Vista.  Indulge your senses with this unique tasting experience today. This tasting will be available every day at Rio Vista Wines at the Cabin from 1:00 to 6:00 and at Rio Vista Wines on the River every Saturday during February from 12:00 to 5:00.  

We have selected Valrhona chocolate to pair with ALL our wines (rose, white & red) during the month of February for Red Wine & Chocolate. Valrhona has been producing the world’s finest chocolate in the small village of Tain L’Hermitage, France since 1922. Their chocolate is amazing but don’t take our word for it. Stop by to taste and sip!

During the month of February we will be releasing a limited number of bottles of our 2018 One Exception Red Wine.  We produced under 60 cases of this amazing Cabernet Franc for our wine club members. We will be officially releasing it in October 2023.  Run, don’t walk if you like Cabernet Franc.

We will be pouring flights of (4) 1.5 ounce pours paired with Frango Salted Dark Chocolate and Frango Raspberry Chocolate at Chelan Ridge Winery. You will have a choice of all white, all red or mixed wine tasting flights. Visit us any day that we are open for a wine and chocolate experience!
