36th Annual Wayne Kelly Top Dog Parade

Calling all dogs for this St. Patrick’s, canine and human, parade through downtown.  Line up starts at 10:30am behind Wells Fargo. Parade starts at noon through Historic Downtown Chelan.

The unofficial parade committee asks that you observe social distancing guidelines and wear your masks when intermingling!
