The Art of Balsamic Wine Dinner is a unique and educational experience. The evening begins with a Balsamic Tasting Class, followed by a 6-Course Dinner paired with Siren Song wines. Each course is inspired by the flavors of Fall and features a different balsamic component. You’ll discover how to taste and cook with Balsamic Vinegars. Reservations required. Seating is limited. Event is 6-9pm. $85/person ($75 for Siren Club members) Pay at the door.

Course 1 – Red pear Caprese with mint chiffonade and aged Dark Cherry Balsamic
Course 2 – Wild mushroom flatbread with caramelized onions, goat cheese and Fig Balsamic glaze
Course 3 – Handmade sausage meatballs with a Tangerine Balsamic served on a bed of arugula
Course 4 – Hand stretched Burrata and cherries sautéed in Brandy and drizzled with Lemon Balsamic
Course 5 – Seared scallops served with pan fried brussels sprouts and pancetta lightly seasoned with a Lemongrass Balsamic
Course 6 – Fresh figs sautéed in Red Wine Balsamic Reduction served over vanilla bean ice cream. Topped with Balsamic glazed pecans.
