Incorporated in this series is the use of gentle yoga postures with longer holds to balance the energy centers in the body known as chakras.
You will gain basic knowledge of each center so you can assess where imbalances may be and learn tools to bring them back into balance. While I will talk and share about the centers we will focus mainly on learning to sense the energies in our bodies through experience with the use of yoga poses, breath work, essential oils, meditation, energy healing techniques, and sound therapies.
