“Glitter & Glam” NYE Wine Pairing Dinner at Sigillo Cellars!

1^st course: Halibut cheeks, pear, lemon marmalade, Thai chili

2^nd course: Pan seared duck breast, spiced carrot puree, braised fennel

3^rd course: Crab bisque

4^th course: Grilled ahi niçoise

5^th course: Filet mignon, butter poached lobster tail, potato duchess, wilted greens

6^th course: Crepes suzette

Dress up in your “Glitter & Glam” on New Year’s Eve! Chelan Shindigs will be decorating our building to celebrate the evening and after dinner, we will head upstairs to watch the fireworks show in downtown Chelan from our rooftop deck at 9pm with a champagne toast! We will then dance the night away with DJ Jordan from Bassline Entertainment Northwest until midnight to ring in the New Year!
