October Wine Pairing Dinner at Sigillo Cellars

We will be hosting an intimate 5-course Wine Pairing dinner in our dining room on Thursday, October 20th, crafted by our Executive Chef, Steve Morgan. The seasonal menu will reflect featured items, paired with Sigillo Cellars wines. We look forward to hosting you for a fun evening!

1st course: Chicken and sage pate with spiced red wine gelee and crostini

2nd course: Pumpkin and sausage soup with a red pepper coulis

3rd course: Pear and pomegranate salad with a cider vinaigrette

4th course: Roasted loin of rabbit with a kale pesto risotto

5th course: Caramel apple strudel with vanilla bean whipped cream
