T’AI CHI CHIH
A form of moving fluid meditation. “The effort of no effort”
For so many it is difficult to quiet the mind especially when we are asked to be still. The body is not ready for that stillness. T’ai ChiChih helps us develop a quite and focused mind but while moving. The exercises create a sense of being very grounded from the hips down and an effortless flowing upper body. The mind stays busy focusing on the movement giving the mind space away from the outside world. This movement is for all levels. Come try something new for the first time.
