A Charcuterie Board Class taught by Riley Mapes, owner of Paired.

Do you want to master the art of charcuterie? Ever wonder how to fold a salami rose like a pro? With this hands-on learning experience, you will leave with the knowledge to create show-stopping charcuterie and a delicious board of artisan cheeses and meats! Boards can be shared by two or done individually.

Cost: $95 plus tax (includes rustic cheese board, cheeses, meats and other goodies)
