Appetizer Course: Gougères (French Cheese Puffs) served with imported Prosciutto di Parma – Paired with Siren Song 2015 The Muse Sparkling Wine.

Salad Course: Apple and Fennel Salad with Pomegranate Chef’s Special Savory Pastry Tart – Paired with Siren Song 2018 Rodin 100% Chardonnay.

Main Course: Maine Lobster served with white wine, honey, butter sauce accompanied by Mediterranean style orzo pasta – Paired with Siren Song’s newly released 2017 Emile, Pinot Noir.

Dessert Course: Top off your evening of love with a White Chocolate Pistachio Semifreddo Sphere drenched with Roasted Balsamic Strawberry Compote. All served on a Pistachio Crumb Dacquoise – Paired with Siren Song 2019 Belle Tavel Grenache Rosé.
