
Class description: This class moves beyond the Yoga Basics class. Bringing in more of the classic yoga postures and flows but with modifications to help those postures fit our bodies. Still focusing on the movement we need for quality of life. Balance for walking, hand strength and flexibility, shoulder rotation, safe bending…moving all 620 muscles of our body.
This class by Lynda Kennedy 500RYT, 200E-RYT, BS Kinesiology, BS Clinical Psychology, 2 Yrs Nursing.
Class time about 75 minutes
When: Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00 – 11:15 am
Where: Virtual on the zoom.us platform.
Registration: Sign in on the Yogachelan website, MindBody, call/text/email. 206-818-2619 Please, if it is your first time using zoom give yourself plenty of time to practice signing in. Once we know you are joining us you will receive an ID and Password to join the class.
