Yin/Restore is a perfect combination that brings Yin Yoga-a subtle, yielding, allowing and nourishing yoga that targets our connective tissue’s i.e ligaments, tendons, fascia. Holding poses anywhere from 1-5 minutes, in breath and stillness. Yin yoga postures put the mind and body into a blissful state. Restorative Yoga practice is a deeply relaxing style of yoga. Restorative yoga encourages our bodies and mind to slow down and open through passive stretching. With the use of bolsters, blankets and blocks the earth is brought up to you in each asana. This deep relaxation practice allows healing to begin.
