Wine Pairing Dinner at Sigillo Cellars!

Join us at Sigillo Cellars in Chelan for an intimate 5 course Wine Pairing Dinner on Thursday, May 25th! Our Executive Chef Justin Araya is partnering with Chef Austin Harmon to create a unique and exciting menu to pair with our new wine releases this month!
Chef Justin and Chef Austin first met almost a year ago when Justin joined Austin at Rocky Pond as Sous Chef in their culinary program. At the beginning of 2023, Chef Austin left to start his own venture as a Private Chef, feeding the people of Chelan in the comfort of their own homes. He has also been featured cooking many winemaker dinners throughout the valley.
Chef Justin joined our team here at Sigillo Cellars in March and using his many years of experience as a Sous Chef in Spokane and with his newly found love and knowledge of our abundant area, Justin has created a brand new food program that we are very excited to share with all of you! With the aid of our consultant chef, Chef Austin, they have come up with a new, fresh, elevated tapas style food menu, as well as bringing a monthly coursed dinner to our list of events in the Chelan Valley!
