Yoga Circuit is a yoga class that is designed to develop your yoga practice to create a deeper connection to the functional movement of yoga and to improve strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The movements can be very challenging yet adaptable to all levels and in keeping with our yogic practice of mind, body, and spirit.
- Please bring your own mat and towel.
In studio attendance:
- Pre-registration required for in studio classes.
- Arrive about 5-10 minutes before class to complete a waiver.
- Read postings regarding health and safety precautions.
- We will be social distancing.
- Masks required.
- No cancellations within 24 hours of class.
- Since this is a virtual class and you will be doing from home will use what ever items we have available.
- Weights: great if you have some, cans, rocks
