Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager (GM) of Okanagan Specialty Fruits – Endless Orchard, this role has direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the cider facility.
Key areas of responsibility include planning and directing the cider operation, ensuring priorities and protocols are achieved, while managing cost, quality, accuracy, and safety to all performance standards. The Cider Operations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, department managers ensuring the integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.
