Job Description:
• Lead guests through a memorable and educational wine-tasting experience while offering exceptional customer service.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Silver Bell story and our wines.
Understand and be able to discuss the wines being poured.
• Complete Opening and Closing Tasks:
• Provide complete and excellent service during wine, food, and merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve food from small bites menu
• Learn and stay up to date with our POS system.
• Promote wine club memberships, benefits, events, and special promotions to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing wine club members.
• Stock wine, merchandise and misc. Tasting Room supplies.
• Pack and ship wines as needed.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Maintain prompt attendance and reliability.
COMPENSATION
• $17-20 per hour DOE
