Hands-on training from seasoned industry professionals on winery, culinary and tasting room operations. Opportunity for growth and promotion based on performance. No experience required but preferred; we are looking for someone ready to learn, who has a passion for wine, culinary and delivering world-class customer service to join our Chelan based tasting room team – with opportunities to support the Estate in Orondo.

Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively, and follow oral & written instructions
Must have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and be a dedicated team player
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Requires moderate physical effort: standing/walking for long periods, carrying, bending, stretching, lifting of weight up to 50 pounds.
Must have or obtain MAST12 or MAST13 permit
Must have or obtain Food Handler’s permit

Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests into tasting room
Assist tasting room associates in serving guest needs, delivering wine and clearing tables professionally
Delivers menu items to tables with the proper accompaniments, with accurate descriptions & understanding of ingredients
Maintains table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary, sanitizing tables once guests have left
Prepare dining room for patrons by re-setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies, and keeping glassware polished
Supports culinary team with dishwashing operations & breakdown of kitchen
Maintains a clean and sanitary working area, inside & outside of tasting room
Restock wine and tasting room supplies
Train to host tastings and educate guests on wine club membership
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Scheduling & Hours

Must be available weekdays & weekends

Hours will typically be Thursday – Saturday, between 12pm to 8pm

Flexibility required with special events
