The Lake Chelan Yacht Club has a seasonal Full Time employment opportunity May – September 2024.
Job duties: maintenance, grounds keeper, housekeeping, gas pump attendant, customer service.
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, dependent upon experience and housing needs. Overtime paid at time and half rate.
The Lake Chelan Yacht Club is situated on the south shore of this beautiful crystal blue lake is seeking an upbeat, fun person who enjoys providing customer service to our members and their guests. You must have a positive attitude, be flexible in your job assignment, a self-starter who can complete tasks without supervision. It is essential to you are comfortable working on or around the water. The position includes maintenance, housekeeping, gas pump attendant, and customer service. Maintenance roles include grounds keeping, general maintaince of clubhouse, restrooms, marina, and other small projects. Housekeeping includes inventorying and cleaning of restrooms and clubhouse. As gas pump attendant you must be comfortable working from a floating gas dock. The ability to be on your feet for a normal 8-hour shift and capable of lifting 50 pounds is a must. This is seasonal employment with flexible starting and ending dates: start from May 18, 2024 with an ending date between September 18 – 30, 2024. The 40 hour work week is Thursday through Monday. Salary compensation ranges between $17-$19 per hour dependent upon experience and housing needs. Overtime is paid at time and half. You may be asked to adjust your weekday hours on busy holiday weekends or for a social event to be available later those evenings.
