Enjoy Small Town Holidays 2021

There is something special about spending the holidays in small-town Lake Chelan. Main Street is glowing with festive lights, trees are lit up in every storefront window, and snow gently caps the mountains. Not to mention all the fun activities happening around the valley! We’ve highlighted a few of our favorite events taking place during Small Town Holidays at Lake Chelan so that you won’t miss a moment of holiday fun!

Small Town Holiday’s Kick-Off Event

Help us kick off the holiday festivities on Friday, November 26th, starting bright and early with Plaid Friday! Plaid Friday encourages people to do their holiday shopping with locally owned and independent businesses around the valley. Enjoy decorated storefront windows while you shop, a holiday parade, fireworks, and more!

Naughty or Nice List

Children can drop off their letters to the North Pole in Santa’s Mailboxes located outside the Chelan Museum on the corner of Woodin Ave and Emerson and in downtown Manson. Each Saturday through December, starting at 9:00 am, Santa will receive new letters and read off the names of children who have written to him on KOZI Radio!

Santa Sightings

Starting November 26th at the kick-off event and continuing every Saturday through December, spot Santa and Mrs. Claus in the heart of Downtown Chelan at the Christmas Tree for elevated sleigh photos!

Small Town Boutiques

Shop local this holiday season and support family-owned businesses. Find curated Lake Chelan gifts, clothing, housewares, decor, outdoor gear, and so much more!

Wintry Tastings

Join us in the Lake Chelan Wine Valley to sip and savor award-winning wines. Bring friends and family to cozy up to a bonfire, live music, small bites, and of course, your favorite glass of wine! The local Cideries and Breweries will also have fun offerings this winter.

No matter the age, there is something for everyone to enjoy this season at Small Town Holidays. We can’t wait to see you there!
