3rd Annual Chelan Athletics Fundraiser

Chelan High School Athletics is teaming up with the Chelan Athletic Booster Club to host a Chelan Athletics Fundraiser Dinner at The Eagles.

This event has been organized to raise money to better equip our athletic programs and improve our facilities. On January 31, 2026, from 5-10pm, we will be hosting an adults-only pulled pork dinner, along with a silent auction, dessert, music, and much more!  Featuring items generously donated by local businesses.  Our goal for the evening is to raise $50,000 in support of Chelan Athletics.

Seating is limited and tickets are selling fast.  If you are interested in donating toward our event or becoming an event sponsor, please stop by the Athletic Office or reach out to Evan Reister at reistere@chelanschools.org.

Single: $50

Couple: $90

Table: $400 (Seats 10)

Unable to attend? Help sponsor the event for $250.

Tickets must be purchased beforehand.  Seating is limited to the first 150.
