We will be holding a Mommy & Me Yoga workshop on Saturday, May 11th from 10am to 11am. The age group will be 2-5 and the cost of this workshop is $45 per duo. Becca Colgrove and her daughter Emelia will be joining us from Wenatchee. She is an RYT certified instructor, and has been teaching yoga since 2019. She also teaches Aerial yoga and has been doing this for 15 months.
