New Year’s Eve Celebration at Vin du Lac

Ring in the New Year on New York time with us at Vin du Lac!

Start the evening with a decadent five-course wine-paired dinner followed by a spectacular spot to watch fireworks at 9:00pm with a toast of our 2019 Sparkling Rose! Enjoy live music and be sure to snap a picture at our photo booth!

First Course – Duck Egg Royal served with caviar and house crème fraiche and accompanied with the 2021 Pinot Gris

Second Course – Foie Gras served with honey cake, chanetrelles and apricots and accompanied with the 2021 Chardonnay

Third Course – Day boat halibut served with saffron risotto and crab fondue, and accompanied with the 2017 Mourvèdre

Fourth Course – Confit duck served with flageolet bean ragout and local lamb sausage, and accompanied with the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Fifth Course – Linzer Torte served with fresh whipped cream and hazelnut candy and accompanied with the 2016 Syrah
