First Course:

Butter Lettuce, Gorgonzola, Pomegranate, Glazed Pecans, Champagne Vinaigrette

 Entrée Course:

Filet Mignon, Shrimp Scampi Provencal, Red Wine Demi-Glaze, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Lemon Scented Asparagus

 Dessert Course  – Selection of Desserts including Lemon Bars, Chocolates, Cream Puffs, Macarons, Eclairs

$185 plus tax per ticket for general public

$165 plus tax per ticket for Siren Club Members and VIP Club Members

Tickets are limited and will sell out.

The event is designed to be festive but flexible, so attire is completely up to you. Some form of black and white or cocktail attire is encouraged but not required. Tuxedos are always welcome! It’s up to you!
