Fielding Hills Winemakers Dinner

Join Fielding Hills founding winemaker and owners Mike and Karen Wade for a 4-course dinner at the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club on October 14th at 6 pm. Guests will experience an evening of great food paired with the 2020 vintage. Tickets are $110 plus tax. The menu of the night will begin with a welcome course paired with the 2020 Tribute and a wedge salad with heirloom tomatoes paired with the 2020 Merlot. The main course will be pepper-crusted tenderloin with a mushroom demi-glace, au gratin potatoes, and fall vegetables served with the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2020 Cabernet Franc. Last but definitely not least, the dessert is a chocolate lava cake served with the 2020 Syrah.
