The Pacific Northwest Boat Racing Association is bringing hydroplane racing back to the shores of Lake Chelan May 3-4, 2025! Named after long time resident of Chelan and famous hydroplane driver Norm Evans. This is a free community event! held at Don Morse memorial park adjacent to Campbell’s Resort. (Admission into the cold pits is $10. No open toed shoes allowed in the pits.) Racing starts at 9AM Saturday and Sunday! See you there!!

Windermere Lake Chelan is providing free shredding services on Saturday May 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or until the shredding truck is full. Bring your old documents and enjoy a hassle-free way to securely shred them! The truck may fill up before the event ends! Once full, it will leave—so arrive early to ensure your documents get shredded. All donation proceeds will benefit Chelan Volunteer Fire!
