The Barn training space is a beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. modern facility fully equipped with high-end Rogue functional training equipment, showers, bathrooms, and locker space. The 60’ of Rogue Rigs provide 13 squat racks and floor space for up to 30 athletes. Our strength & conditioning track is designed to get you strong & fit. STRONG workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat. THIS DECADES LONG TRADITION IS ALWAYS THE SATURDAY FOLLOWING THANKSGIVING​ Join us as we celebrate our annual Village of Lights celebration on Saturday, November 25th.  The day begins at Mountain View Lodge at 10:00 am.  The kids will be writing letters to Santa to deliver when he and Mrs. Claus arrive via helicopter at Leffler Field at 12:00 pm. The festivities will continue as we parade down the main street of Manson following Santa and Mrs. Claus in their sleigh to Radiance Winery and Coffee for photo opportunities and visits with Santa. The night will end with fireworks at 6:30 pm at Manson Bay Park. Many of the Manson Businesses will be participating with fun-filled family events and warm holiday cheer from November 25th-January 21st. Wenatchee Cookie Co.’s cookie decorating class is the perfect opportunity to get out and have some fun! Whether you come on your own or with friends or family, you are sure to have a good time and learn some new skills along the way (and get tasty cookies!). Join us at Sigillo Cellars in Chelan, WA on Tuesday, December 19th from 6:00-8:00pm for this cookie decorating class taught with expert instruction by Liz Davidson from Wenatchee Cookie Co. No prior experience needed, and all supplies will be provided. We’ll learn the basics of decorating sugar cookies with royal icing, practicing basic piping and filling techniques. A traditional all-level class offering balance of breath (pranayama), posture (asana), and meditation (dyana), with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. The practice is performed in specific order and is focused on the classic 26 postures, building strength, balance, and flexibility.
