The Lookout is seeking Guest Service associates to ensure our Owners & Guests have a memorable experience while visiting our resort. Warm, thoughtful, gracious hospitality isour culture and associates will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality. In this position, you will greet owners and guests with any questions or concerns. Other duties & requirements include:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Answer telephones with proper telephone etiquette and direct calls accordingly
Receive requests and ensure that appropriate actions have been taken
Answer inquiries pertaining to the resort’s amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, and directions.
Communicate with other departments as needed via telephone.
Completed check-out & check-in procedures and collects payments.
Make, confirm, and cancel reservations for and answer a variety of questions pertaining to their reservations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service oriented
Light physical effort (lift/carry up to 15 lbs.)
Frequent lifting, pushing of supplies and equipment.
Prolonged standing, walking, reaching and some stooping, bending, and kneeling.
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks or functions.
Able to clearly communicate in English
Basic Computer skills, understanding of technology including use of mobile apps.

Guest Service Manager
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full time position
32 – 40 hr. average work week
Variable mornings and afternoon, Weekends and holidays needed
COMPENSATION:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
