An international team surf competition The 3rd Annual Continental Surf Cup has been scheduled for Labor Day Weekend 2024! Team USA vs Team Europe will engage in a two-day battle for river wave bragging rights. On August 31st & September 1st, each team will compete in a variety of events that will lead to only 1 team being declared champions, in addition to traditional podium finishes for individual surfers and prize money opportunities for men & women competitors. This event is open to the public to watch.

Battle of the Butte - Best Trick Event - presented by Bob Feil Boats & Motors The Best Trick Event at Lakeside Surf on the evening of June 27th is all about big air, big tricks & big carnage. Surf Competitors will battle it out for prizes & bragging rights in an event where only ONE TRICK matters. Spectator admission is FREE, so come on up, grab a drink, eat some tacos and savor some sweets while watching surfers battle for the Best Trick title. The Super-Grom heat-based division will be held between the main rounds & finals rounds of the Best Trick competition. Come enjoy the show! This biennial competition will be a two-day battle between the best riversurfers on planet earth. On Saturday & Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, surfers from around the globe will compete in a variety of events that will lead to a single surfer being declared champion.
