Join us on Sunday, December 31st from 12-5pm and be the first to try our 2022 High Blossom Sparkling - a wine made in the Méthode Champenoise style from our High Blossom Riesling Vineyard. This wine is in limited quantities and won't usually be available for tastes or glass pours in the tasting room, but we love to make an exception every year for this event! We'll be pairing a glass of bubbles with three fresh, raw oysters from Taylor Shellfish for just $30. Reservations are required and this event sells out, so act quickly! If you want to add more than 3 oysters, you can do that here. Note that this is just a deposit to hold your spot, and it will go towards your purchase on 12/31 in the tasting room!m In the notes at checkout, please let us know the total number of guests in your party and your desired reservation time (12, 12:30, 1, 1:30, 2, 2:30, 3, 3:30, 4).
