The MOE Palooza is a spring school carnival open to the public with a focus on pre-k to 5th grade aged kids. The carnival will have ticketed games and entry with all funds going towards our PTO purchased school supplies for 2025-2026 school year. These have been quoted at $14k for this coming school year. There will also be a free access Touch a Truck event, free games, petting zoo, food, face paint and more!

Join the MOE PTO for an outdoor school carnival on Sunday, May 19th from 12-3pm at Morgen Owings Elementary in Chelan! Admission is $5/person (Children 4 and under free). Each admission includes a hot dog meal and free activities such as a petting zoo, some games, and the Touch a Truck event on the street! Inside the carnival you will be able to purchase tickets for games, face painting, Bingo, Pie the Teacher, a cake walk, cotton candy, and more!
