  • Fielding Hills Winery Winemaker Dinner at Desert Canyon Resort

    Desert Canyon Golf Resort 1201 Desert Canyon Blvd, Orondo

    Join our owners and founding winemaker Karen and Mike Wade on April 13th at 6pm for a 4 course dinner paired with Fielding Hills Wines at Desert Canyon Resort in Orondo. The night begins with an appetizer of Ahi Tuna with wasabi mayo dip paired with our 2021 Roussane, and a chop salad with creamy vinaigrette paired with our 2021 Chardonnay. The main course is a 14 oz Double R Ranch NY Strip with Yukon gold hash and fresh asparagus paired with our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and the dessert course includes a chocolate torte paired with our 2018 Syrah.
