Mark your calendar for the first annual Chelan "Little Pumpkins" Baby and Toddler Halloween Parade. Dress your baby or tot in their favorite costume and join us as we walk the sidewalks of downtown Chelan. Participants will meet at the Chelan Public Library at 11:40 am and we will begin our parade at 11:45 am. Our route will circle Woodin Avenue between Emerson St. and N. Columbia St. We will then stop at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce for a fun selfie photo session. Next, we will return to the library for story time. Strollers welcome. No pets please.
