For eight decades, 49er Days has been a vibrant community tradition of Winthrop, drawing locals and visitors alike to commemorate the town's rich history and vibrant community spirit. Attendees can look forward to greeting the Washington Outfitters and Guides “Ride the Rendezvous” horses and wagons as they roll through town at high-noon on Friday, May 9th. On Saturday, May 10th at 11am, enjoy the ever-popular Grand Parade, showcasing colorful floats, equestrian groups, vintage vehicles, and local personalities. Beyond the signature events, Winthrop 49er Days offers a diverse range of activities for all ages.
